Activation License and Credit Requests and Status

  1. All Product Activation should be sent to activation@echelon.com. 
  2. All license/credit new and replacement requests should be sent to credits@echelon.com
  3. To get status of a previous sent in request you can either
  • send an email to activation@echelon.com or credits@echelon.com.
  • submit a  "Support" ticket with the License and Credits checkbox checked.
       Don't include credit card information with a Support Ticket
