IzoT CT doesn't see Device Service pin message when using SmartServer IoT (KB1373)

Not seeing adevice service pin messages that is connected to a SmartServer IoT through a U60 or U70 can be caused by the SmartServer IoT being in Standalone (DMM) which is the default.  Even if you think you changed the SmartServer to IMM, check again.  Refresh your Web browser and look at the SmartServer IoT System Web page page or CMS Web page.

If it turns out that SmartServer IoT is in Standalone (DMM) you may need to change it to IMM (CMS Web page Device Widget) and may have to re-import some of your files.  Changing between DMM and IMM will cause the SmartServer IoT to reset configuration settings.
